Use a Boxabl MD room for a real consult with a named patient. Do not record a visit unless both sides agree. The app does not record the call.

Do not send threats, spam, or another person’s record. An admin may pause a doctor for non-payment and may pause or block a patient for unruly behavior toward a doctor.

A prescription on Boxabl MD needs the drug, the dose, and the doctor’s name. Anti-infectives are valid 7 days. Other medicines are valid 60 days. A photo alone is not the prescription.

PhilHealth packets saved in the visit are for the clinic’s own file. Boxabl MD does not transmit a claim.

Pod Vital scans and reports are for general wellness. They are not a diagnosis or a hospital record.
